PEANUT WHIPPED CREAM
makes ~1 cup
150g heavy whipping cream, chilled
25g powdered peanut butter
15g powdered sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla bean paste or extract
1/8 tsp salt
Combine all of the ingredients in the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with a whisk attachment.
Whip on medium until some body develops, and then turn the mixer up to high until soft to stiff peaks are reached.
*Soft peaks are best if the whipped cream will be spooned.
*Stiff peaks are best if the whipped cream will be piped.
